Staffed pickup is 8:00 AM–2:00 PM; for an earlier pickup, contact us directly to coordinate. Your car is due by 6:00 AM on your return date (the last day), no matter when you picked up. After-hours drop is available — just meet that 6:00 AM deadline to avoid late fees.
