We guarantee the lowest rental in Waikiki and will match a lower publicly available total expected daily rate from a national competitor — vehicle plus fees as quoted (for example, if Hertz shows $125 for the car and $140 after fees, we match $140). Same or similar vehicle class, same dates, and same pickup/return time frame apply, and only when the competitor location is in ZIP 96815 (our Waikiki area). No — overnight parking is included with your Shaka rental.* Each morning, pick up your keys from us (after 8:00am; call for an earlier pickup), take the car out with valet, and return it to valet when you're back at the hotel. We store the car overnight so you can pick it up again the next morning. *One in and one out per rental day — a second same-day outing means you'd pay the hotel's parking rate.

Pickup and drop-off are at the entrance of the Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa, 2500 Kūhiō Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815 — right in the heart of Waikiki. Staffed pickup is 8:00am–2:00pm; if you need an earlier pickup, contact us directly to coordinate. All rentals are due by 6:00 AM on the return date (last day), regardless of pickup time; after-hours drop is available at the designated location.

Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid driver's license. If your personal auto insurance doesn't cover rental vehicles (common for international visitors), you can add rental insurance during booking.
